2 Gay Hairstylists Shot + Beheaded In Cemetery
On Monday morning the bodies of friends Luis Enrique Montilla and Ramon Gallardo Baudilio Bastidas, both 18-year-old “effeminate” hairstylists, were found after the pair were shot and beheaded in their native Venezuela. The pair were meeting in a cemetery with friends, according to a poor translation of the report, after hanging out with friends. From the report it appears Baudilio Bastidas was also set on fire.

@ForeverGay: “Haterosexuals” made you. Saying that all straight people hate gay people is akin to the Black Panthers saying that all whites want all blacks dead in the sixties and seventies. It’s simply not true, and it’s the sort of divisive discourse that we should leave to the Sean Hannities and Sarah Palins of the world.

What can you say to this? We all know justice will not be served for those that killed Luis and Ramon if they are ever caught. Haterosexuals don’t care about gay people, they encourage this. These murders are a result of haterosexual supremacy, the ideas that haterosexuality is the only legitimate sexuality or haterosexuality is the best sexuality. Anything else is not even worthy of life. Gay people anywhere should be prepared to defend themselves. Despite what you think about the world or where you live violence being brought against you because you are gay is a very real possiblity.
