MNSBC dispatched senior news editor Mike Stuckey to explore the highs and lows of “stoner holiday” 420. White House deputy drug reduction agent Dr. Bertha Madras calls the tradition a “tragedy,” while UC: Boulder spokesperson Bronson Hillard had this to say: This is a sort of annoyance. Seems like we have plenty of drinking holidays (New years, St. Patricks, Cinco de Mayo, etc). What’s the problem?
