A new allegation against Billy Cosby (we know…another one?!) claims the comedian/alleged serial rapist’s ego got in the way of realizing one of his victims was gay.
That, or he just didn’t care. Either way, we’d walk the other way and call the cops if we saw him coming down the hall.
An arrest warrant has been issued for the disgraced entertainer for allegedly drugging and raping Andrea Constand at Cosby’s Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion in January 2004.
Montgomery County District Attorney-Elect Kevin Steele said at a press conference that Constand “came to consider Mr. Cosby her mentor and her friend.”

What (allegedly) happened next sounds all too familiar at this point — Cosby made a few advances which were rebuked, then resorted to drugging and sexually assaulting Constand.
In previous statements, Cosby has maintained that what happened between Constand and him was purely consensual.
Constand, however, says she had a girlfriend at the time of the incident and that Cosby is a “narcissist” who missed all the cues that she is gay.
To date, more than 50 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault and/or drugging.
Two weeks ago, Cosby filed defamation suits against many of those women, who have in turn filed defamation suits against him.

Not defending any of them but it’s very clear the same old agenda is at play when no one cares about one group doing the same things(or worse with all the kids involved) but is readying the lynch mob for the other.

@joeyty: Paul Walker was plenty famous and notoriously dating high school girls. At the age of 40 and even in his 30s one would have to ask how he was even meeting high school girls. One of the girls parents even knew about it and ok’d the 40 somethings relationship with their 15-16 year old daughter because he was famous.
The real issue is skin color. No matter how hard people try to deny it it is painfully obvious.
Tamir Rice being put on trial for his own murder for holding a toy gun on a playground at the age of 12 made it undeniable.
We’re going into the year 2016 with the hatred of black and brown people ramping up back to where it was in the 50s and 60s.

And, in examples like Cosby, the contrast is always intriguing to the public. When goody-goodies like Cosby get caught doing bad things it’s considered a juicier story.

There’s no proof that Cosby raped anyone. It’s something you cannot ever prove or disprove. It’s impossible at this point because far too much time has passed and not one single accuser actually reported this after it allegedly happened. They all waited for some unknown reason… many even stated went back and got “raped” again.

Not one media outlet other than internet sites have ever covered this story. Where’s Tina Fey? Where’s Amy Schumer? Their traps are mysteriously shut when the story is about white men even when there is PROOF that it happened.
Cosby is one of the most influential black men living today and his entire legacy has been destroyed behind something no one can freaking prove. Numbers do not equate proof. A group of 10 people could get together and say you drowned someone in a lake. Does that mean you did it? No. How do you prove someone was raped 10, 12, or 50 years ago? You don’t.
The whole thing is stupid and they love putting black men and now even little boys on trial while white men walk for actually proven crimes.
You can keep defending this all you like until it starts happening to white people. In fact in some areas it already is starting to happen to white teen boys. I could link to a few stories of white teen boys who’ve been murdered by police and the same outcome happened. So the more you stand for injustice the more you help drag yourself into the same hole the rest of us were already in.
Color isn’t the only separating factor. Your bank account matters. If you’re not making a certain amount then welcome to the club.
It’s a very slippery slope to open up the courts to punishing people based on accusations with no proof. This is a witch hunt. If Bill Cosby goes down for something you can’t prove then the rest of us yourself included are completely screwed. All it would take is a group to accuse you of being a witch and you’ll be burned too. Ready for that?
This country was founded on that kind of paranoia. White people were killing white people over accusations of witchcraft. I swear I can’t with the nonstop repeating of America’s idiotic history.

Do you think that if OJ was a bus driver from LA he would have had a chance at trial or that it would have lasted as long as it did? It would have lasted about a day and a half with about 15 minutes of deliberations. Guilty Verdict. Money has always equaled Justice. If you have enough, you never see the inside of a courtroom. I get the feeling most of you have not spent much time in Hollywood where people will pimp out their own kids if it means a potential payday.
They all keep using the excuse that had they told, or gone to the police that nobody would have believed them, but that’s not true. Did any of them go to a hospital to be examined and have evidence collected, or file a police report after supposedly being raped or sexually abused?

Merv, there is a bit go grieving that takes place, especially when Bill Cosby’s work was so relevant to our lives. We grew up listening to his records. I like to think of human endeavor as watermarks on the side of a canyon. Even though the level may have dropped, the mark is engraved on the canyon wall. We lose. We all lose.
