A Fourth Victim Comes Forward To Accuse Elmo Puppeteer Kevin Clash

At this point we could just repost the same story: Yet another alleged victim has come forward to claim he had a sexual relationship with Sesame Street puppeteer Kevin Clash when he was a minor.

The fourth accuser, who is using the pseudonym John Doe, claims he met Clash in 1995, when he was 16 and the Elmo puppeteer was in his 30s:.

According to TMZ:

Doe claims … Clash eventually flew him out to NYC and gave him money and a place to stay. During the trip, Doe claims the two had sex on multiple occasions.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Doe claims he’s suffered tremendous emotional, mental and psychological damage as a result of the relationship.

TMZ spoke to Doe’s attorney, Jeff Herman, who tells us, “According to our lawsuit, Kevin Clash knowingly paid to transport a minor across state lines for the purpose of satisfying his sexual interests.”

Of Clash’s four accusers, only three have filed lawsuits. The first accuser struck a settlementwith Clash and agreed not to pursue litigation.

John Doe has filed a lawsuit in  federal court in Manhattan, seeking an undisclosed amount.

Anyone else disgusted with these “victims”? If a crime occurred, go to the police. I’m saddened to see homophobia, and anti-gay bias is a live and well, when it comes to sexual blackmail.

If this is true, wouldn’t it also be a criminal offense. Not just statutory rape, but knowingly transporting a minor against state lines is also illegal, is it not?

@Mr. Enemabag Jones: I do not agree that it has anything to do with homophobia or bigotry. What it has to do with is the fact that Clash paid for the first case to go away with leaves him as fair game for anyone else that wants to go against him. This is why you do not pay for cases to go away. Settling out of court basically means you are admitting you are guilty and just want to cover it up.

What he (apparently) did was wrong. However, these “victims” were willing and, after this long, keep your damn mouth shut. It’s all about money now. But he brought it on himself. There are some “secret passions” that just need to stay fantasies – sex with teenagers being one of them. (Although I have NEVER understood what anyone sees in boys. Give me a man anytime.)

They are not “willing.” They are unable to consent if they are under the age of 18. If you’re fantasizing about having sex with boys, one day you will more than likely come to a point where you will puruse the fantasy. I am curious to see if and when criminal charges will be filed. Clash needs help.
