If this is true, wouldn’t it also be a criminal offense. Not just statutory rape, but knowingly transporting a minor against state lines is also illegal, is it not?

@Mr. Enemabag Jones: I do not agree that it has anything to do with homophobia or bigotry. What it has to do with is the fact that Clash paid for the first case to go away with leaves him as fair game for anyone else that wants to go against him. This is why you do not pay for cases to go away. Settling out of court basically means you are admitting you are guilty and just want to cover it up.

All pretty boring by now[poor Clash, poor "victims"]It’s all
about: $$$$.

What he (apparently) did was wrong. However, these “victims” were willing and, after this long, keep your damn mouth shut. It’s all about money now. But he brought it on himself. There are some “secret passions” that just need to stay fantasies – sex with teenagers being one of them. (Although I have NEVER understood what anyone sees in boys. Give me a man anytime.)

They are not “willing.” They are unable to consent if they are under the age of 18. If you’re fantasizing about having sex with boys, one day you will more than likely come to a point where you will puruse the fantasy. I am curious to see if and when criminal charges will be filed. Clash needs help.

Anyone else disgusted with these “victims”? If a crime occurred, go to the police. I’m saddened to see homophobia, and anti-gay bias is a live and well, when it comes to sexual blackmail.
