Though “no bigger than a garage,” the pop-up chapel has been open for two weeks and will be hosting wedding ceremonies for a couple months on Norfolk Street. Twenty-three-year-old Rev. Kevin Fey became ordained on the web, and doesn’t care if you’re a gay. New York State, however, still does.
