Not so much.
One of the soldiers, Richard Ashley, pleaded guilty to participating in the porn site, and was sentenced to 90 days in prison. (!) He also received a dishonorable discharge, which screws up his post-service military benefits, and was docked 2/3 of his pay–which is ironic, since he was probably doing the porn partially because the military pays peanuts and he could use the money. It’s also ironic that he will probably have more gay sex in prison than he did while showing his goodies on the internet.
Because he already served 15 days when he was arrested, he only has 75 more, so that’s a silver lining, perhaps.

It’s mind-boggling to think that the military will send you to jail for appearing in porn, when the porn itself it entirely legal. Honestly, we do feel bad for the guy, as this seems pretty medieval punishment for something that’s not that big of a deal.
