This bill will silence anyone who speaks out against the homosexual life style! Hate Crime Laws along with Political Correctness silence the rest from speaking out & it's already happening. People have been fired from work, some have been jailed, some attend sensitivity class & not because of violence but for saying they don't like the gay lifestyle! It's not fair for any class, race, religion, person to get a "special" law just for them... knowing all you have to do is look at them wrong & they cry Hate Crime! Society conveniently forgets that the number of crimes committed against innocent children outweigh the number of crimes committed against a gay person. But we are told by politicians we already have laws that protect children but there aren't any laws that protect gays..... If politicians understood that ALL CRIME IS AN ACT OF HATE, then they would know we also already have laws to protect gays....laws that protect ALL citizens against harm! If babies & children had their own "special" Hate Crimes law then maybe we could save them from being raped or killed! We could put that person in jail before they touched them! We could put them in jail just for saying what they would like to do! So... The politicians are WRONG... there isn't a law that protects the children like the Hate Crimes law protects gays! And women should have their own "special" Hate Crimes Law to protect them from being raped or killed! The law as it stands today, when a woman says a man has threatened to KILL her or rape her the police can't do anything until they have proof... which we know will be after she's raped or killed! So... the politicians are WRONG,... there isn't a law that protects women like the Hate Crimes law protects gays......ALL CRIME IS AN ACT OF HATE! From where I sit... the Hate Crimes law is not fair. It looks more like an instrument to legitimize an agenda for public acceptance of a lifestyle.... while the most innocent still are not protected from HATE CRIMES!
