Fans will have to wait a little bit longer for that album, though: Trespassing‘s release has been pushed back from March 20 to the rather vague date of “Mapril,” as Lambert told Z100.
“I know it’s hard, but it’s not finished,” said Adam. “It needs to be finished. There are new songs we are doing last minute that are really good. Dr. Luke songs, so they are really good and very radio. It’s all for the best, even though it’s a tough thing to ask to wait. I want the album to be amazeballs.”
In the clip above, Lambert discusses the video for his first single, “Better Than I Know Myself,” saying it illustrates the “struggle between light and dark” in all of us. We don’t know about all that but Lambert does look sexier than ever in the video. Is he finally moving away from that whole glam Liberace style? (Please, please, please.)
If you can’t wait till “Mapril,” you can always catch Lambert when he performs at Logo’s New Now Next Awards on April 9.
How is that “coy”? He’s been saying for months that he’s not joining Queen as a front man and perhaps there will be a couple of one offs. Until they’re confirmed and announced do people expect him to go running around the world announcing them? Anything he does with Queen is obviously going to be big and international so you just don’t throw that out there before the entire SHOW is FINALIZED.

Love him, hate her. She would be perky reporting the Holocaust.
