Yeah, and Senator Byrd just inserted ANOTHER delay for Congressional review. Even if the Military study comes back favorable to repeal, that gives Congress two months to halt it. I wouldn’t have expected anything less from a former member of the Ku Klix Klan. Thanks Senator Byrd, you douche.
