Adore Delano Speaks “Thirsty Slut” In Raunchy New “DTF” Video

Screen Shot 2014-05-20 at 10.44.44 AMRuPaul’s Drag Race season six queen Adore Delano is serving chola realness in the racy new video for her debut single “DTF“, a real club-banger described as “baby talking like a thirsty slut.”

Delano is the second season six queen to drop a single in the last week, trailing behind fellow runner-up Courtney Act’s campy “Mean Gays“. “DTF” is the first single from Delano’s forthcoming “Till Death Do Us Party” album that will carry the now-seasoned queen into superstardom — she told RuPaul during last night’s reunion special that she hopes to make a name for herself in the mainstream music industry and tour the world.

tumblr_n5v18dJZBb1qaq3gdo5_250Delano, who also appeared as a final 16 contestant on American Idol season seven, says the song was inspired by dudes she’s met online, “the ones who in person looked completely different from their profiles, but still have good sex.”

The video, described as a “cross between Spike Lee’s Do The Right Thing and Madonna‘s “Papa Don’t Preach”, features Delano’s real-life friends to “pay tribute to the chola culture I grew up around.” “I always wanted to create a hood rat raunchy song,” she says.

(Not feeling it? Fast forward to 1:45 to see Max Emerson take his clothes off.)

DTF is now available on iTunes. For more information on “Till Death Do Us Party”, visit AdoreDelano.com.
