Adult film actor and bodybuilder Billy Herrington died in a car accident over this weekend. He was 48 years old.
Chi Chi LaRue shared the tragic news Saturday on Facebook, writing: “Im Sad to say, Billy unfortunately died as a result of a terrible terrible car accident.”

During his decade-long career, which began in the late ’90s, Herrington appeared in a total of 17 adult films from studios including Colt, All Worlds, and Pacific Sun. Some of his film credits include 9½ Inches, Lords Of The Locker Room, and Flesh Trap. He was named Colt Man of the Year in 2000, and in 2002 he won an Adult Erotic Gay Video Award.
In 2007, Herrington enjoyed brief fame as an internet meme in Japan after clips from one of his films titled “Workout Muscular Men 3” became used as a bait-and-switch video and the source material for high-quality MAD remixes.

RIP and my condolences to your family. Ok, I understood the part where it said he had a decade long career in gay porn and based on what I read he quit doing porn around 2007 or so. Now tell us what was the guy doing since those days. Did the guy hit the lottery and say goodbye to porn? Did he have to do the same thing the rest of us have to do (get up and work and regular job)? Now I wonder if he still looked like that pic. The sad part about free media sites is how lacking in detail the majority of the articles they post.

Um “porn star” have to work regular old jobs bro. for most its a supplementary income very very few are able to make any sort of living just doing porn. Those who create their own websites sometimes can and even that’s pretty difficult. even if u add in the usual bar tending. go go dancing, escorting it just doesn’t do it. most still need a job or a sugar daddy. just my personal experience with people in the industry

Coreydnyc, I am waiting to hear about Brent Corrigan’s suicide any day. To use the word fallen from grace to describe him is an understatement. He shacks up with whomever can keep him “supplied” is the last I heard. His situation is so pathetic he can’t write a book about his life in gay porn because no one would believe a damn word he says. The same goes for Matthew Rush. Who would believe a word he says either?
