Afternoon Aural: Grizzly Bear

Oh, Grizzly Bear, we're totally in the tank for you. You have to give the Brooklyn-based indie band, fronted by homo hottie Ed Droste credit for being all old school by debuting a new song, "Two Weeks" on Letterman. We're obligated to point out that Grizzly Bear is a friend of your editor. He's even directed the music video for their song "Fix It". The band is currently at work on their new album, due out next year.

I do love that song. Drummer hottest, then lead singer.

They are awesome, but I think "While We Wait for the Others" is better among their recent songs. I think the video off them doing it on Conan got scrubbed off the net for some reason though.

@Distingué Traces:

for some reason NBC has a weird problem with videos being online. I remember this from other performances, they like to host them all themselves. I like that song too.

BEST BAND EVER.

So excited to see you guys posting them! Finally! I've been a incredibly huge fan for a long time. New album is going to be intensely amazing, I can only imagine. They just keep getting better and better. I think they were destined to be together and make music. Such talents and so uniquely flawless.

Also, I'm with Shane.
