Could Portland-birthed Quarterflash’s name have been self-prophesizing? Considering that only one of their seven singles – “Harden My Heart” – broke the hot 100′s top ten, we’d say yes. Still, the track’s pretty damn good – and the video’s surprisingly avant-garde!
