Queerty is better as a member
This Scissor Sisters video was directed by the very hip John Cameron Mitchell and was shot in NYC at The Avalon (aka Limelight).
I miss the Limelight. :(

I <3 the Scissor Sisters. Good choice. And they’re just as amazing and fabulous live as in the video.
I love that song; I think it’s the first I heard of the Scissor Sisters, after “I Don’t Feel Like Dancing.”
I can’t help being amused that someone, somewhere saw fit to censor the “ass” in “acid.” Twice.
This was not shot at limelight. This was shot at the zipper factory on 36th street. You should revise this to properly credit the place where it was actually shot.
Don’t really care WHERE it was shot – I love it, love it, love it.
