Yup, they are sans doubt the band of '08 and their French origin and current London base does not contradict that. This is not their best song though, for anyone who ever lived in Paris long enough to get to know the city the track "Streets of Paris" is excellent in the way it describes Parisian youth and the criminality and violence. And Starlett Johansson is pretty great too. But to be honest, as soon as people start interviewing them they will realize how they lack almost all charm when forced to speak English with a content.
