Pop-Ska I'd say. Cute boys though, should be opening for Hanna Montana, wait, that sounded bitchier than I meant to. They have a long way to go to fuse punk and ska as the Clash did.

Avril is more "punk" than these guys….
well, considering Avril's motivation for making music, I'd say Sigur Ros is more punk than she is.
