OH SNAP — An inebriated Alan Cumming hops the bar at Splash in New York to pour him and buddy Graham Norton a few cocktails. The pair were coming from Liza Minnelli’s “intimate exclusive performance for a hand picked crowed” at Gramercy Park Hotel’s Rose Bar Sessions.
