In the neverending grisly twists of this most stomach-churning of cases, a hand and foot were mailed to two schools in Vancouver, Canada. They are believed to have been mailed by Grade-A sicko Luca Rocco Magnotta, and are thought to belong to his victim, Jun Lin. This is after a package with a foot was opened on May 29 at Canada’s Conservative Party HQ and a package with a hand was found at a postal facility addressed to the Liberal Party.
According to the Associated Press, yesterday afternoon a staff member at Vancouver’s False Creek Elementary School opened a package containing a human hand. Luckily, no students were present. Later that afternoon, a human foot was found in a package sent to St. George’s, a private boys school.
The torso had previously been found in a suitcase outside Magnotta’s apartment, and both left limbs were retrieved from a dumpster behind the building. According to authorities, the head is still missing.

Never mind that they probably photoshopped the picture to increase the contrast, wash out parts of his face, and increase the saturation so that his eyes and lips stand out. If you put up the mug shot instead, he undoubtedly will look like a mess!
