THE D WORD

American Family Association’s Bryan Fischer: “Discrimination Is The Right Thing To Do!”

Screen shot 2013-04-26 at 5.49.10 PMAmerican Family Association spokesman Bryan Fischer may have more than just a couple screws loose. In his most recent rant on the AFA Channel, Fischer makes a case to “reclaim the D word”—discrimination—because “It is right to discriminate against people who engage in abhorrent sexual behavior.”

He goes on to celebrate the recent firing of an Ohio teacher for being gay, shouting “discrimination is the right thing to do!”

“We should make no apologies for discriminating against that kind of immoral sexual conduct,” he said. He then compared homosexuals to shoplifters, claiming both are equally morally corrupt and equally deserving of discrimination.

Okay, Bryan. You may not want to make apologies for wrongful discrimination, but you kind of owe everyone an apology for that horrific polyblend shirt and tie you fished out of the clearance bin at Family Dollar.
