An Early Curtain For TR Knight

TR Knight, who is starring alongside Patrick Stewart in the critically lauded David Mamet Broadway production A Life In The Theater, will have to find new work by Nov. 28: The play is ending its run early. Closing five weeks ahead of schedule, A Life has been struggling to sell enough tickets to stay float since opening Sept. 21.

Ahh tis the reason for the Washington Gibson post. Knight and Washington would have been better off settling that feud privately and staying on the show. They actually both worked pretty well together despite the going ons behind the scenes.

It was settled privately. Until Washington blurted out ‘faggot’ in front of a room full of press.

@@reason: Actually, her comments came right after he blurted it out at the Golden Globes. As in the same night. The only thing that had been publicly said about the incident was TR Knight’s coming out press release. Everything else was basically unconfirmed rumors.
