We’re gaga for artist Jerrod Maruyama‘s too-cute image of gay couples from some of our favorite cartoons, comics, kids’ shows and movies. We always assumed R2-D2 was a stone-butch lesbian, but we suppose we can allow some artistic license.

Peppermint Patty and Marcie – “who is it, sir?” Love it.

I would have thought Bugs and Daffy… they seem to always take the wrong turn in Albuquerque.
·
@mlbumiller: More so than Elmer Fudd, he is always trying to kill Bugs Bunny
·
@mlbumiller: A yes, Dr. Benton Quest and Roger “Race” Bannon, stripped to the waist and struggling against the ropes as a tribe of bloodthirsty savages, their sinewy bodies painted with macabre symbols, danced around a raging fire and raised their glittering flint-tipped spears to a moonlit sky.
And then our parents wondered why we turned out so kinky.

Dick Dastardly and Muttley.
If not He-man and Battle Cat, certainly Prince Adam and Cringer.
·
OK, now you’ve got me wondering about Sherman and Peabody.
·
Big Bird & Mr. Snuffleupagus
·
Everyone knew Peppermint Patty was a lesbian! Where’s Jem and one of the Holograms? Always thought they had a lipstick thing going on…
·
Going to cry foul on Brian and Stewie. Yes Stewie is a crossdreser, S&M lover, and future gay kid into doggie love, but Brian isn’t gay! Brain loves Stewie like a friend and brother. He is like the str8 boy you room with in college who relents to oral from you once in a while cause he is your pal but he isn’t really into guys.

Mario and Luigi…twincest!!!

·
Wil E. Coyote & Roadrunner. Always cruising around!

Huh… Why did I never think of Yogi and Boo-Boo? I was about four years old when my mother flipped out at me for referring to Bert and Ernie as boyfriends, so it’s not a case of not being old enough to realise. Weird. XD
