If this is the best person we can give an award to then I think we need to skip this awards ceremony this year and put the money into something worthwhile.

Anderson is a coward. He didn’t come out of the closet until he was forced. He was in his mid 40′s when he came out.

Anderson is from one of the richest families in the WORLD – not the USA – the WORLD. He had absolutely NO RISK attached to coming out. Even if CNN fired him for being gay (which they would not) he could have bought the whole company anyway.

Anderson is a selfish coward. He could have come out years ago and shown gay youngsters that it’s OK to be gay but instead he was selfish and wanted to build himself a media career. He already has more money than some small countries yet he was also desperate for the attention he craves on TV.

It’s a TERRIBLE decision to give self absorbed Anderson an award other than “Self Absorbed Coward of the Year.”
