Anderson Cooper 360 is dedicating plenty of coverage to Time magazine’s listicle of the 100 Most Influential People. Sure, that’s because Time is owned by Time Warner, which also owns CNN, but it also points out the zero coverage Andy gave Out magazine when HE APPEARED IN IT!

So what are intimating you here that he might not want to draw attention to his sexuality… You are about as subtle as a train wreck.

It should be noted that Anderson Cooper went to New Orleans after Katrina, but didn’t go to Bumfuck, Idaho after a balmy night in March when it was partly cloudy and drizzling.
Awesome Hat
@Nickadoo: I am from Idaho, and I think it’s too bad the town of “Bumfuck” is fictional because, really, who wouldn’t want to live in a place like that?

He’s a pig. Countless little gay girls will defend his cowardice to their obscure dying day, but he’s still a pig.

@Lee: did someone take a shit in your cereal?

You know what else? Matt Drudge has an article on his site about People Magazine’s Most Beautiful People list, but he gave zero coverage of the Out Power list on the Drudge Report when HE APPEARED ON IT.
Also? Strangely, FOX News and Shepherd Smith did not complain about liberal media bias in this Out list instance when normally they would have been shouting about it if a CNN anchor with chronically lower ratings than their guy nearly topped a power list over and over when their guy who plainly meets the list inclusion criteria was repeatedly left out altogether.
Shockingly, there are no signs the publicity teams of the legions of publicly closeted TV newsies and entertainers snubbed by the Out list ramping up campaigns to rectify things next year. Jodie Foster’s people haven’t put out a statement thanking Out for the honor either.

I love how Anderson Cooper claims he doesn’t talk about himself because he just reports news and his personal life isn’t part of the story…..yeaaaahhhhhh, I guess thats why you whored out the story of your brothers suicide in your book, because that isn’t a personal family story at all huh Andy?
You are lead reporter and have your own show…additionally you have the Vanderbuilt money, but are afraid to come out. The rest of us have come out at places MUCH more hostile to gays than CNN, shame on you coward.

As long as Anderson Cooper is sucking my c*&K I don’t give a damn about his sexuality. We all come out to whom we want when we want and it is all based on our experiences and I think it is a goddamned shame to try and force someone out who is not doing us any harm.
Let me say this Anderson Cooper has nothing to do making laws in this country if you are angry that someone is not comming out save that shit for some asshole like Larry Craig who did do us harm and will continue to do so.

>As long as Anderson Cooper is sucking my c*&K
But there’s the question: does he suck c*&K? I have heard rumors that he likes to frequent Hooters restaurant (wearing glasses and a dark toupee) and has been seen discreetly holding hands with a Victoria Secret model.

Anderson’s dug in his heels and apparently doesn’t give a shit what anyone thinks of him or his choice to keep quiet about his sexuality–maybe it’s time to move on to more important issues instead of constantly focusing on some news anchors sexuality. He’s obviously not going to be “shamed” into coming out the way some people think he ought to. But if you MUST play this game, why not try outing Sam Champion, Robin Roberts, Suzanne Malveaux, Shep Smith or AJ Hammer for a change?
