Page Six is reporting that like the celebs his sites gossip about, Gawker Media CEO Nick Denton has been the victim of some ugly public business.
Apparently, after Denton changed his Facebook status to “in a relationship” (with an unnamed 29-year-old actor from England), a bitter ex threw a brick into the second story of Denton’s SoHo loft. The jilted Joe has also been harassing the couple enough that they’ve had to contact the police.
But we have to wonder if Denton’s chic downtown abode is made out of glass: On Friday Gawker posted a grainy sex tape allegedly featuring pro wrestler Hulk Hogan, which the Hulkster may sue over.
“After that Hulk Hogan sex tape on Gawker, I can hardly complain about an intrusion into my private life!” Denton told the Post. “Yep, love is messy.”
