Another Day, Another Gay Scandal

This is more proof that Europeans do things better.
An inquest into a fatal fall at Count Gottfried von Bismarck’s London apartment last August has come up with some pretty sordid stuff. Nevermind that the doomed party-goer, Anthony Casey, apparently had ingested enough cocaine to kill a man, but the entire incident unfolded at a gay orgy! Yes, a gay orgy. Pretty horrific, no? Britain’s The Times reports:

Dr Paul Knapman, the coroner, said a room in the flat contained items that most people would consider “unusual” and “bizarre”, including: a large rubber tarpaulin on the floor, towels, lubricants, buckets of sex toys, propped-up mirrors, a butane gas canister, a box containing dozens of syringes, bottles of vodka and a television and video player set up to show “scenes of a pornographic nature.”

Wait, they get a sex scandal involving a glamorous cocaine-fuelled, Aristrocratic orgy and we get a ghoulish old politico pedophile? Ug, sometimes being American seem so gauche.
