Anti-Gay Law Student Claims Gays “Unnatural”

simpsons_lawyer_md-1-2.jpg
Stephen Dunne’s lawsuit against the Massachusetts bar association just got dumber. If that’s possible, of course.

The failed lawyer filed a suit over a question on gay marriage, which Dunne skipped.

The suit says the question in question required applicants to “affirmatively accept, support and promote homosexual marriage and homosexual parenting.” The failed lawyer claims the question violated state law – which it doesn’t, because Massachusetts allows gay marriage – as well as his freedom of religion.

We’re not sure how, but Good As You obtained a PDF of Dunne’s lawsuit, which includes the following complaints:

We can’t wait to hear how Dunne proves these points. If he can do in one trial what scientists have spent decades attempting, Dunne should earn more than his law license. He should get a seat on the fucking Supreme Court.

He’d fit right in.

I don’t get this story at all. If I were a Mormon, would I be able to skip a question about liquor laws? If I were an orthodox Jew, skip questions relating to non-koher foods? I mean, just because he doesn’t like gay marriage, if he’s going to be a lawyer in Mass., he has to know its laws, right? Waht am I missing here? or is he just an idiot?

Just beacuse you don’t believe insomething doesn’t mean you can be ignorant abotu it and not know the law if you are a Lawyer.

he skipped a question. It was marked wrong. End of discussion.

Sorry about the typing btw. Rough Friday at work and was rushing to post my Comment.

But regardless the guy is still an idiot to think this will work. he sucked, he failed, and now he’s just trying to find a way out. I doubt if missing ONE question makes you fail The Bar.

Unfortunately, the judge refused to hear the case. The judge said that the subject of homosexuality offends him so much, that he refused to allow the case in his courtroom.

Too bad for Mr. Dunne.

I hate to admit it but I’m related to this con-artist/thief. He failed the Pa. Bar exam 4 times and got into serious legal trouble in the Philly area and thought it was time to leave town, back to Boston where he went to school. As a close relative of this scumbag/politician type/ lawyer want to be, I would never ever do any business with this guy because he’d rob you blind and your mother too!!
