That means the gay 29-year-old communications specialist is ditching his current employer, incoming Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, after he’s inaugurated in May; LaBolt, like the rest of Obama’s royal guard, will report to campaign manager Jim Messina, who will be running things out of Chicago.
