Biased.

“While [Canadian] gay men tend to vote Liberal and lesbians back the New Democratic Party, Canada’s homosexual population is united in its opposition to the Conservatives, according to a new report… Given their voting preferences, it is not surprising that gay voters tended to be strongly critical of Stephen Harper, the Prime Minister, and generally supportive of Jack Layton, the leader of the NDP. However, when it came to party support, 35.8% of the gay community as a whole backed the Liberals compared with 33.3% for the NDP.” [National Post]

I thought Prime Minister Stephen Harper was appointed by Dick Cheney so Canada didn’t get Gay Marriage and make it look normal (like Universal Health Care and Affordable Education)
