This story is old news. That filing was in May, about a business cycle that ended in March. There won't likely be another filing until August.
This makes me sad, cuz I met my partner of 7 years now through PlanetOut. Sigh.

Always found it oddly ironic that membership at Planet Out and Gay.com is 3x the cost of joining a "hookup site."
