Bigot Rick Warren Too ‘Exhausted’ For Another Gay Marriage Debate

rickwarren2

Moments before he was to appear on This Week with George Stephanopoulos, Pastor Rick Warren pulled a Lindsay Lohan and canceled his appearance because he was “sick with exhaustion.” It was on this morning’s show that Warren was expected, once again (and again, and again), to “clarify” his position on gay marriage. Of course Queerty readers know the pastor has branded himself the ultimate hypocrite, but denouncing gay marriage and then flip-flopping on history by saying he was never against same-sex marriage. While we wish Warren a speedy recovery, we’ll standby — sick with his bigotry.

He’s an everyday bigot. The sell out bitches around him, the fawning Melissa Ethridge’s and Barak Obamma’s are our real enemy.

Uncountably, Warren wanted to sidestep questions on gay marriage after getting hammered by Larry King. King often makes his guests (even psycho right wingers) feel so comfortable, that they end up answering questions they never intended to answer. I don’t buy how busy Warren is on Easter, but those of in the East Coast forget it’s early morning on the West Coast. Warren could have been interviewed (grilled like the weasel he is) and still presided over Easter services. James Dobson waved the white flag of surrender in his final address as leader of Focus on the Family (just as long as it is white and heterosexual). What ever happened to Pat Robertson, has he gone all Ronald Reagan?

It’s funny. I was actually being told yesterday by a Obama supporter that Rick Warren had publicly reversed his stand on gay marriage as a result of a “plan” by Obama to build bridges. But now it appears that Rick Warren is too exhausted to go on tv and doesn’t want to clear up his conflicting statements on the matter. I wonder is this part of this imaginary “plan” of Obama’s as well? (I’m waiting for the guy to walk on water next).

      oh, you guys!
      this story isn’t over.
yeah, i do feel that the pressure rick warren is currently suffering under is exactly what obama and his staff has planned.
they baited and trapped rush limbaugh and now they are forcing warren to compromise, now that he has the spotlight on him.
he is under pressure, the pope is under pressure, dr. laura and rush limbaugh too.
it truly is a new day, and the nonsense is not working.
i myself am thrilled to see rick warren melting down.
      aren’t you?
he may not have “reversed” his stance, but he certainly backpedaled, in an awkward & embarrassing way and now the spotlight is on him.
he will have to go back on larry king now and maybe talk about his inconsistencies & probably the anti-gay sh*t scrubbed from his website, too.
like sarah palin, rick warren risks being re-branded as a liar.
when freaks forced obama to leave his pro-gay church and denounce rev. wright after 20 years, they gave him the phyrric opportunity to “embrace” warren at the highest level and in doing so, force america to see its own phony f*ckin face in the mirror.
sunshine is the best disinfectant and now rick warren is under a microscope & he is being forced to “spin” the conservative christian anti-gay message on must-see tv.
      hahaha, that’s wonderful.
      bring it on
      i hope he cries.

      Haha… that is funny.
You know, he actually looks better than that last horrible picture of him.
Maybe he’s actually getting some now that there’s something other than bile comingout of his mouth.
Amazing what can happen if you even PRETEND to start acting like a decent human being.

Waiting for the announcement of Obama turning water into wine. Until then he has turned millions into mouth-frothing cretins.

All of you get over it. Scripture is clear about gay anything and you know it and those who don’t are trying to justify their ill behavior. I suggest you enroll in Celebrate Recovery and get over your gayness as well as your criticism of a great pastor.
