Well, it's a step in the right direction. At least there is an acknoledgement that even when the "right" gender combination is in place, marriage fails – at increasingly high rates. Maybe, just maybe, this will make it clear that it's love – not sexual organs – that make a marriage work. And it's the lack of love – not sexual organs – that make a marriage fail. I hope Felicia and her political acolytes begin the logical journey to this conclusion as soon as possible…they may have no choice given what's already beginning to happen with gay marriage.
