Blood Bank’s High School Porn Presenter Won’t Face Criminal Charges. But …

The Pennsylvania blood bank worker who accidentally screened his private gay porn collection to Norwin High School audience — at the beginning of a presentation about the importance of donating blood — will not face criminal charges. AND YET: An attorney named Peter Payne says he’s still going to sue the blood bank on behalf of parents upset their kids were exposed to dudes getting it on.

Oh, bloody hell! It’s not like those kids are going to get PTSD after seeing those images. I doubt the kids even give a shit anymore.

Suing a blood bank over something so minor is just despicable.

      @ Republican:

I must agree. It’s not like they’re suing a corporation, where the proceeds will simply charge against profits. Here, any money paid to the plaintiffs will come out of community resources (either directly or through increased liability insurance premiums). For an event that could not have caused any real harm, that is a travesty.

I wish that would accidentally happen at my school. All we ever get are stupid “educational” videos that have a not-so-subtle undertone of OBEY THE MORMONS, BOW DOWN TO THE MORMONS!….
