Bob Allen Trial Delayed
Court Needs To Cruise For Impartial Jury

Florida Representative Bob Allen should be in court right now, but a benevolent judge granted the toilet cruiser a delay. Allen's lawyers argued that finding an impartial jury would prove difficult following all the publicity surround the politico's July arrest.

In case you forgot the gory, grotesque details, Allen allegedly offered a cop $20 and a blow job. He then awkwardly employed racism to explain his actions. It backfired.

Considering all the spilled ink, the judge agreed to put the trial on hold until November 5th. In the meantime, Allen's headed back to work for a special legislative session. God bless America.
