He's a conservative to his core, but his positions aren't all bad. He thinks Republicans have gone off the deep-end and that George Bush has been a catastrophic failure. He also has a pretty low opinion of the professional fundies. I wouldn't vote for him, but he agrees with many of us on certain issues. His personal life has a bad history, and any woman who marries him is a fool.
