THE MARRYING KIND

Brad Pitt: “It’s Just A Matter Of Time” Before Gay Marriage Is Legal

Brad Pitt isn’t letting his love for his mom affect his support for marriage equality: Talking to British newspaper the Telegraph at a screening of Killing Them Softly, Pitt reaffirmed, “Gay marriage is inevitable. The next generation, they get it. It’s just a matter of time before it becomes a reality.”

Earlier this year, Mama Pitt wrote a letter to her local newspaper, stating “any Christian who does not vote or writes in a name is casting a vote for Romney’s opponent, Barack Hussein Obama… a liberal who supports the killing of unborn babies and same-sex marriage.”

Not surprisingly the movie star also differs with his mom there, too: “I am an Obama supporter and I’m backing his election campaign,” said Pitt.

He and babymama Angelina Jolie have been spending a lot of time in the UK while she films Maleficent. Rumors across the pond are that the two may (finally) tie the knot it Merry Old England—which could be a bit of a loophole around their promise not to marry until it was legal in the U.S. “We could [get married in England]. It has been such an amazing summer here, with all your events—the Jubilee and the Olympics.”

Something tells us if Brangelina make it official in England, it’ll make William and Kate’s nuptials look like another Britney Spears drive-thru wedding.
