I do hope that this will set a precedence for other states. But since it is California no one will care about what a bunch of fruits and nuts and bleeding heart liberals do. That’s where all them preeverts and Hollywood types live.

@Dumdum: Indeed, the image of California as the heartland of the liberal agenda grows ever stronger.

Funny how it’s one of the more violent states with rampant homophobia, racism and sexism permeating most of the so called liberal professions.

The GOP’s science committee in the House may hold hearings on this issue: they are almost to a man illiterate when it comes to scientific advancements since the writing of the Book of Leviticus, so it is to be expected that Romney, if elected, will kowtow to their whimsical invention of what science “ought to be.” To those of you who believe that Doctor Bachman is a fluke, let me warn that if these creationist dolts get their way, it will again be illegal to teach evolution in schools, and the thing that made scientific advancements realities, “criticial thinking,” will be similarly banned. Put up your dukes and fight back!
