The National Organization for Marriage might be violating federal tax laws for non-profits by filing their tax returns late, and not making them available to anyone who asks, posits Fred Karger, the Rights Equal Rights founder and presidential candidate, who’s made a habit of dumpster diving through NOM’s paperwork. This time he went to NOM’s listed headquarters in Washington D.C., where a locked door and an absence of actual people were discovered.
