Brothers Gay Wedding: The Video

Television marked a new milestone last night as Brothers & Sisters‘ homo brother Kevin “committed” himself to his main squeeze, Scotty: the first time main characters have tied the knot on network television.

Here’s footage from the blessed event, which went off without a hitch. But, in true soap fashion, there was a bit of drama: poor Scotty’s religious parents don’t approve and refuse to attend, which will reportedly cause further problems next season.

Something to look forward to, no?

Scotty’s parents sound like ignorant bible thumping losers. Let them stew in their own hatred and believe in a god who isn’t there.

B&S redeemed itself in the last few weeks. It was a shaky return after the strike, but I am happy to see it’s back and better than ever. Great season finale. :-)

I know it is cheesy schlock, but the BF and I got all teary-eyed during the wedding.

Rock n roll! I am also glad that the show is going to add material next season about Scotty’s parents. It will be good for America to see acted out the biggest obstacle that we gay people often have in loving and accepting ouselves, the withholding of love and disapproval of our parent(s).
