“Russia is to build new space and missile defence shields and put its armed forces on permanent combat alert, President Medvedev announced today… The announcement puts Russia in a new arms race with the United States, which has infuriated the Kremlin by seeking to establish an anti-missile shield in eastern Europe. The US argues that the shield is aimed at rogue states such as Iran, but Russia is convinced that its own security is threatened.” [Times]

And Sarah can shoot Russia with her Moose gun from her back porch so we don’t need to hide under our desks, anymore.

Yes we should do nothing to build up better defenses. We sdhould roll over and expose our soft underbelly, in hopes that being submissive to the rest of the world will keep us safe. At their discretion of course.

I’m not sure I see how this blog entry fits into the homosexual agenda of this blog, unless its because we might all die.
Btw, has there been any more communication from/with the boney-assed model who demanded his naked pictures be removed from this site?
Woof

CHURCHILL-Y
Well lets just poo poo the Russians and the border State that would get the first hit from them, I mean they are soo far away! The South side of Chicago its nearer so its obvious that a community organizer from it or a Senator from the all important State of Delaware is better suited to deal with these Neo-commies. Obama is gonna have tea and cookies with them maybe listen to some of Luda’s best homophobic tracks attend a Trinity Church service with them and all will be peachy screechy.

@ Darth Paul –
The remote controlled US, with over 700 military
installations on this planet, costing the US tax payer over a trillion $ per year, surely is the biggest rogue state on earth.
The US needs to protect itself from people inside the US like 911-was-an-inside-job-Bush et al rather then telling people in the rest of the world how to live there lives.
The USIsrael comes across as the most aggressive and callous nation on earth right now. The world knows and hates Americans more by the day (they should hate the government, but they have cottoned-on that someone is putting those criminals in their positions, though be it via crooked elections)!
Here is hope you all wake up, PRONTO, and call your unwanted troops back to the US (saving at least a trillion $ per year in the process, no need to steal $700 billion from the poor US taxpayers).
The young soldier guys should enjoy their lives, rather then killing, killing, killing and then suffering from 100 different diseases once their are back in the US (battling to get treatment).
What has this got to do with a gay site? A lot, I think, since when things go down the drain (like they are busy doing for a long time already) we all suffer. Let’s make a difference!

Let’s put our foremost Russia expert, sarah palin, on this issue right away!!!
Oh wait: She’s an Idiot.

Don’t really see what this had to do with this blog, but it’s interesting anyway.
We’re fast approaching a new cold war, China is poised to take power from Europe and the US (which is not a good thing) and the world’s economy is disarray. If Americans don’t elect Barack Obama, I really will give up on this world. I don’t want to finish college in 3 years time and come into a world where Republican scum is in charge of the world’s most powerful country. I really, really don’t.
Darth Paul
Thanks, My View, but I fail to see what that should mean to me, specifically.

Actually citizen geek, the world economy isn’t as bad outside USA. I wouldn’t blame russia for building up their arms when USA has captain kookoo bananas running the country

It’s a pity people in the US did not grasp (with both hands) the one chance they had to vote for their savior, Ron Paul, a person highly respected for his wisdom and knowledge who is loved the world over!
He would have been an American president who would have done America proud.
Fortunately Ron Paul has started the Campaign for liberty and I, as a European, support him wholeheartedly (as do many Europeans, young and old)!
I always have to laugh when I hear Americans refer to their country as ‘the most powerful country in the world’ 🙂 , when it has actually been bankrupt for decades!
Most informed people, outside the US, see that the US is governed by puppeteers who have brought untold misery to the rest of the world by instigating and carrying out war after war, using young American soldiers, in order to enrich themselves. So, the US is ‘powerful’ when it comes to destroying, bombing innocent people without batting an eyelid but totally incapable when it comes to building or showing true empathy and compassion.
When I hear the word US I think of a country that knows the price of everything and the value of nothing, that applauds a firework but not a sunrise, that does larger things, but not better things.
Lastly, dear CitizenGeek, don’t worry about Europe (including Russia) and China. We are just fine as long as the US keeps it’s nose out of our affairs. I’d rather be governed by Putin than Palin or Biden or McCain or Obama.
Btw. I love Americans and have some American friends here in Europe. Some of them died in Iraq. They went there thinking and telling me they would be back after toppling Saddam (six months at the most!). Well, they are long dead now!

‘How we look to the world
In Humor, Truth.
The first video is from India.
I’m not sure what country the second one is from, but the language is Arabic.
Obviously critical, but light-hearted about it.
I’m not so sure how light-hearted I’d feel about a country as mad with power and lacking in morality as ours has become.’
