Another Republican bites the dust. Bush-appointed Federal Judge Robert Somma resigned after being arrested for a DUI while coming from a gay bar and wearing women's clothing: "When authorities removed him from the vehicle, they said he wore a black women's cocktail dress, fishnet stockings and high heels… The arresting officer did not mention the judge's unusual attire in the arrest report, but did write that Somma 'had a difficult time locating his license in his purse.'" Bankruptcy court judges are not appointed by the President, they're appointed by the judges of the federal Circuit Court of Appeals in which the Court is located.

Um - I'm not sure where people got that he was "appointed" by Bush or that he is a Bush "crony." First, as pointed out earlier, Bankruptcy judges are not appointed by the President. Bush probably has never even hear do this guy. Second, this guy makes his campaign contributions to DEMOCRATS.
