Busy Bees…

Westboro Baptist Church has a hectic schedule! Not only will they be protesting Oklahoma State University's production of The Laramie Project, about the brutal anti-gay beating of Matthew Shepard, but the group will also head to Florida to participate in a debate on Amendment 2, which ban gay marriage and anything even remotely resembling gay marriage. I don't understand how the Westboro folks can afford to travel. Haven't they been sued for a large sum of money? And speaking of lawsuits. Will Carl Rove ever be tried?

Actually, they're picketing Oklahoma City University's production, not OSU's. I was all excited because I'm a graduate of the Oklahoma State Theatre Department and was going to be totally jealous of their attention. :)

Gosh why can't they come to CA and cause a big news story here.

I am hoping that they make asses of themselves during the debate and that it makes big news here in CA.
