OK…so it sounds like the judges just have to remember that their job is to protect the voters from the unscrupulous people who push ballots.

@Kat – I hope you win in California as much as you do, but that is not their job. Their job is to uphold the constitution of the state of California and interpret the law. Hopefully they agree that are one and the same thing.
