Canada’s Giant Anti-Bullying Day of Pink

How in the hell did Canadian schools manage to get thousands of grade school kids across the country to wear pink shirts on the same day?

The tradition is actually three years old now, and started when a ninth grade boy was bullied for wearing pink. A couple of supportive classmates went out and bought their own pink shirts, the news spread, and now there’s Day of Pink, which went down yesterday in Toronto, British Columbia, and other Canadian towns we’ve never heard of. Even the teachers get involved!

Try this in America, and Focus On The Family would have your heads.
