Carly Rae Jepsen Says No To Boy Scouts, Yes To White Party

Carly Rae Jepsen dropped out of performing at the Boy Scouts Jamboree this summer because of the group’s ban on gay members and leaders, but the “Call Me Maybe” singer is doing her queer fans one better: She’s agreed to be the closing act at the White Party T-Dance in Palm Springs on March 31.

Jepsen joins other illustrious singers who have played the festival, including Lady Gaga, Mary J Blige, Robyn, ke$ha and Jennifer Lopez.
