» Gay Rivalry.

Alec Baldwin has already come out against born-again Christian brother Stephen Baldwin's anti-gay politics. Now William Baldwin has something to say: "My brother Stephen does not have a political bone in his body… He hides behind the Word and whenever you confront him he'll hide behind some verse. He'll say, “All that really matters to me is that the Lord said blah blah blah blah” and he'll fill in the blank… I don't love my brother any less, but I think he's very confused." [Out]

Earlier this week we told you about Alec Baldwin's interview with The Advocate in which he bad mouths anti-gay brother Stephen's beliefs. Now we have a link to the actor's entire conversation with Brandon Voss. [The Advocate]

There's some sibling rivalry happening between two of the Baldwin boys. While born again Christian Stephen Baldwin has come out against gay marriage, saying that it's against "God's word," older - and more handsome - brother, Alec Baldwin whole-heartedly supports equal rights. And he recently told The Advocate that he's fine with his brother's ignorant ways:

In the modern political world, people like that, whether or not I'm related to them, only help us raise money. They want to ban gay marriage because those people are incapable of having a biological family, that's their only argument.

You can ban gay marriage, but if you're going to make it fair, then you have to ban marriage for everybody else who won't produce children.

But they just single out groups of people that they hate.

Nice to hear there's one sane Baldwin left.

Perhaps you recognize Chris Carmack from his role on The O.C., or perhaps you spent too much time staring at his poster in Abercrombie & Fitch. But he'd prefer you take his craft a little more seriously, thank you very much: he's currently starring opposite Alec Baldwin in the Broadway production of Entertaining Mr. Sloane. Of course, he does walk around half the show with his shirt off. But he does it in a really artistic way.

• Alec Baldwin likes young boys. [Josh & Josh]

• The first entry in our "Gayest Blog Post Ever" contest. In fact, it's the post that inspired us to spontaneously create the contest, to honor the gayness that seeps from the post's every word. Start reading at paragraph 2. And read the comments. Quelle drama! God bless. [chip-chat]

• a reader wrote in and asked us to repost the item on the Czech Republic's approval of civil unions. We feel it's a significant story, as it was a COMMUNIST COUNTRY not too long ago and can get it together, yet we're still fighting that battle against the circus of lemmings known as The Evangelical Church. So annoying. Prague is da bomb, by the way. Anyway–here it is. [Queerty]
