Gay Teen Court Officer Out…

There’s some queer politicking in Dallas, Texas.

Openly gay Justin Nichols has reached a deal to step down from his gig at Collin County’s teen court program. Nichols’ sexuality first became a matter of debate in March, when he was running for city council and an opponent questioned whether he was fit for his position.

Though neither Nichols of Collin County will comment on the logistics of the deal, it seems pretty clear that people had a problem with Nichols same-sex loving ways: Mr. Nichols would not comment on the deal, citing a confidentiality clause in the agreement.

“Gay” Priest Out

Poor Father Arthur Mallinson.

The long-time Catholic priest resigned from his Dallas-area post yesterday as rumors swirled about his sexuality. Mallinson had moved to St. Michael’s in McKinney just weeks ago and immediately found himself the subject of speculation after it was revealed he once contributed to a site for gay priests.

Father Mallinson’s involvement with the site, which is defunct, briefly made news reports in 2002.

He told the diocese he had contributed to the site – which included his photo – when its purpose was to support gay priests in a celibate lifestyle but stopped in 2001 after others began posting pornographic material…

Expansion.

“Crotch-Cam” Shuttered

Talk about a letdown!

Our - um - interest was piqued this morning when we read about a “pervert” who secretly films men’s crotches on the subway, posts the videos on YouTube and provides dirty, lecherous commentary, like this: “The bulge on him just brings so much to the imagination . . . and the fact that he was oblivious to my filming is so great.” Indeed…

Lawyerly types told the New York Post that since the crotches are already “public display” and the man isn’t making any money, there’s nothing illegal about the videos. Someone else must have convinced the filmmaker otherwise, because the account - the appropriately entitled “househead7d5,” which also included … Continued…
