We know you’re not going to believe this, but rumor has it that Jim and Dina McGreevey are close to reaching an agreement on how they will share custody of their 5-year old daughter, Jacqueline. Don’t worry, though, that’s just “phase one” of New Jersey’s former first couple’s divorce drama: we still have Dina’s fraud suit against Mr. McGreevey, who she accuses of fraud for being “secretly” gay during their marriage. He cites a threesome as contradictory evidence: she knew he liked dick, but just didn’t care. [NY Post]

Dina McGreevey means business. Thesoon-to-be-ex-wife of Gay American Jim McGreevey asked the former NJ Governor’s current lover to turn over his bank statements. Apparently Dina wants to look a little closer at Mark O’Donnell’s finances, but a judge says O’Donnell need not turn over all his files, just records of accounts he shares with McGreevey. Let this be a lesson to us all: don’t get involved with drama-ridden former politicos whose former flame is a total nutter. [Newsday]

Jim and Dina McGreevey’s bickering knows no bounds!

Mrs. McG raised a stink last week because Jim, the former New Jersey governor and forever flamer, planned their daughter Jacqueline’s 6th birthday on what Dina perceives to be her visitation weekend: Papers filed in Union County divorce court show Dina fired off an angry, late-night e-mail to Jim last week, demanding he reschedule the Dec. 1 party for Jacqueline’s 6th birthday. The event had been planned for a month and included invites to all the girl’s schoolmates.

Arianna Huffington’s new comedy website, 23/6 launched on a decidedly lavender note today. First came an uproarious imagined instant message between Rudy Giuliani and new pal Pat Robertson.

And then they unveiled the Richard Curtis-inspired Great American Beard-Off, a who’s who of more-than-just trophy wives. The 23/6 staffers don’t have a picture of Mrs. Curtis, but they place her beard rating at “Osama Bin Laden” because she knew what she allegedly knew about Curtis’ unsavory sexual habits.

Oh, Dina McGreevey got a shout-out, too. And, as hard as it is to believe, she comes out looking good.

Bad friend boy bander Lance Bass‘ yet to be released memoir Out of Sync currently comes in at 1,252 on Amazon.com’s best-seller list. Jonathan Plummer’s atrocious tell-all, Balancing Act, falls at a disgraceful 166,632.
