Double Hate Crime In PA?

Two Phoenixville, Pennsylvania residents claim hate motivated an attack last weekend.

Tim and Kelley - who did not want their last names documented - were reportedly headed into a neighborhood 7-11 when two men threw snow balls at Ms. Kelly. Tim confronted the men, asking them if it made them feel good to throw cold, icy balls at a “female”. The men didn’t appreciate Tim’s chivalry and began calling him “homosexual,” he says. They also had some words about Tim’s race. A fight soon ensued - and the men had brass knuckles. Fierce.

Luckily cops pulled up and broke up the incident. The two accused attackers have been charged with “assault, terrorististic threats … Continued…

Pennsylvania’s Pro-Gay Hate Crime Laws Tossed

The forces of evil won a legislative fight in Pennsylvania yesterday. Anti-gay group Repent America and mischievous leader Michael Marcavage got exactly what they wanted when a state court struck down gay-inclusive hate crime legislation. A state court Thursday threw out language that expanded Pennsylvania’s hate-crimes law to include crimes committed on the basis of the victim’s sexual orientation or physical disabilities, because the restrictions were inserted into a bill that originally dealt with agricultural crimes.

Commonwealth Court’s 4-1 ruling handed a victory to a conservative Christian group called Repent America, which filed a lawsuit in 2005 challenging the amendment of the state hate-crimes law three years earlier.

Marcavage and six other group members argued that the amendment was passed unconstitutionally because it replaced language in a bill that dealt with agricultural vandalism and crop destruction. Well, we are fruits…

Anti-Gay Attack In PA?

A Pennsylvania man suspects two men attacked him last weekend because he’s gay. 40-year old Brett Saylor had been walking to work at 4:45 am on Saturday when two unidentified men approached, assaulted and allegedly gay bashed him. Saylor, who moved to the area four months ago from Louisville, Ky., said the two men called him abusive names indicating they knew about his sexuality. He said they did not take his money or valuables.

State police Sgt. Edward Murphy said the assailants could face a hate crime charge in addition to assault and harassment because of the abuse about the victim’s sexuality. Either that or they’ve got a twisted definition of “welcoming committee”.

Gay Porn “Killers” Keep Fighting

Porn producer Joseph Kerekes and skin starlet Harlow Cuadra may be in prison for murder, but they refuse to be treated like criminals.

The two were arrested and charged in Vriginia Beach, VA, Tuesday for the January murder of business rival, Bryan Kocis. Police allege that Kerekes and Cuadra (pictured) plotted and carried out Kocis’ killing - and apparently the devilish duo really wanted Kocis dead: they stabbed him 28 times and then set his house on fire. In addition to the murder and arson charges, the boys are also facing racketeering charges.

As their good fortune wears off and their bank accounts remain frozen, the boys remain resolute in cock-blocking justice: they’ve refused extradition to Pennsylvania…

Drug Dealing Gay Principal Arrested!

Talk about bad education. Pennsylvania principal John Acerra got uncovered as a meth-loving, gay-porn watching wanker when police arrested him for selling drugs from his office. MSNBC reports: A 50-year-old principal was found naked in his school office while watching gay pornography on Tuesday, according to sources. Sex toys were found nearby, the sources added.

Acerra, of Allentown, was the principal of Nitschmann Middle School in Bethlehem, and was arrested minutes after he arranged to sell the notoriously addictive drug to a police informant, according to investigators. There’s only one word to describe this story: ridiculous. Another word also springs to mind: screwed. As in, Accera’s totally…

Lead In Porn Producer Murder?

Police may have a lead in the murder case of porn producer, Bryan Charles Kocis. They first came across the Cobra Video exec’s charred, mutilated body at his smoldering house last week. Though most of the evidence had been destroyed in the arson cover-up, investigators came across an email Kocis sent to a colleague in which he discusses a meeting with this unidentified man.

Pennsylvania’s Times-Leader reports: The ongoing investigation into Kocis’ death determined that Kocis previously emailed an associate with photographs of the unidentified man. Kocis emailed his associate that he was meeting the unidentified man at 7 p.m. on Jan. 24, to be one of his models.

The unidentified man is … Continued…

Anti-Gay Protester First Amendment Suit Tossed

Earlier this morning, we took a look at how the First Amendment helped pro-ex-gay non-profit PFOX permeate a Maryland School to pass out pro-ex-gay literature. Well, here’s a somewhat-related story with a decidedly different ending…

You may recall Philadelphia’s 2004 Outfest, when a group of anti-gay activists took it upon themselves to spout fire and brimstone. Not surprisingly, the homos didn’t take too kindly to their hellish prescriptions (and, we’re sure, predictions). Surrounded by whistle-blowing queers, the protesters had to be rerouted by police.

After being jostled from place to place, eleven protesters refused to be jostled any longer and resisted the police, resulting in arrest. Said protesters went on to sue, insisting their first amendment rights had been violated. A Pennsylvania court, however (busy day there, no?), ruled otherwise. Federal Judge Lawrence Stengel admitted that while it’s the court’s duty to uphold freedom of speech, there are also certain stipulations, including proper permits.

(Note: You guys may have noticed that we’ve changed the picture. We got an email from Repent America director, Michael Marcavage informing us that we’d placed the wrong picture. We acknowledge our mistake and apologize. To make it up Marcavage, here’s a picture of him being surrounded by the aforementioned pissed off homos.)

Pennsylvania’s Senate Passes Anti-Gay Marriage Bill, But There’s a Hitch

Pennsylvania’s State Senate yesterday passed a bill defining marriage as a man-woman type of thing in a 38-12 vote. But there’s actually some good news in all this: because the Senate passed a different version of the anti-gay marriage bill than the House passed, it could cause a two-year delay as voters decide which version to approve.

The Senate amendment reads: “Only a marriage between one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this Commonwealth.”

The House version includes a provision some say not only bans gay marriage but also outlaws other domestic partnerships, such as civil unions. […]

The House version passed June 6 by a 136-61 vote, … Continued…

Santorum Protest

As we always say, a little santorum on the sheets is unavoidable, but a big Santorum in Congress is something we can prevent 100%. A group of citizens protested outside of Sen. Rick Santorum’s office in Erie, PA yesterday morning as the debate over an anti-gay marriage constitutional amendment was kicked off in the Senate.

The protest was covered by local TV stations and the anti-marriage amendment was on the front page of the local paper yesterday. With his poll numbers already very low, we expect all this new publicity can only be bad news for for the good (and by good we mean very bad) Senator.

Cleaning Up The Santorum

It happens to everybody, even Republicans. No matter how hard you try, anal sex can never be completely pristine, and sometimes you experience a little bit of santorum on the sheets. Fortunately, it can be easily wiped away and comes out in the wash.

That is what we are hoping will happen in Pennsylvania this November as notoriously anti-gay Senator Rick Santorum fights an uphill battle to keep his Senate seat. He is currently “the most vulnerable congressional incumbent this election season” according to Rasmussen Reports, and we look forward to the day that Pennsylvania will once again be fresh, clean, and Santorum-free.

If you live … Continued…
