Yeah, there are some pretty cool sword fights in Kill Bill, and we’ll be the first ones to admit our eyes grew wide in Captain America: Civil War, but there is nothing, we repeat — nothing — that compares with the below fight sequence with Joan Collins and Linda Evans.
With Dynasty having first aired an unbelievable 35 years ago, here’s a few minutes of why this show will retain its cult status for years to come:
Billy Budd
OMG this is hilarious. The music, the movements, it is grotesque, over the top, cartoonish.

I watched that season of Dynasty and then was disappointed when during the first episode of the next season the two of them were all lovey-dovey again. That and the gun attack at the wedding which sprayed bullets all over the place but only ended up killing some of the extras and none of the major characters. 🙂
TrueWords
After each fight Alexis and Krystle simply rang a bell calling for a maid to clean up the mess.

So obviously stunt doubles in the medium shots.

That fight scene was based on the fight scene from an episode in season one of Wonder Woman. It was at the time the first time two women physically fought on U.S. television (WW was fighting a female Nazi). The producer showed it to the Dynasty people and they loved it.

The lily pond scene was fun too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nW0mK81UTG8

@CanuckQueer: the catfight on “My World And Welcome To It” aired in 1970, 5 years before the Wonder Woman catfight. And I doubt even that was the first physical fight between two women aired on US network television.
